Students register at South Ocala

HIPPY Program |
At the Title 1 annual meeting,
parents are provided the Title 1 brochure which contains information on
HIPPY. HIPPY provides services to 3 and 4 year olds who live in selected

home to assist them with activity packets that are used with their child to
acquire literacy and other readiness skills. |

South Ocala Elementary offered a
Parent Night off campus. The activitiy was held at a community center where
parents with no transportation could attend. The activity offered parents an
opprtunity to participate in STEM activities with their children. Both
parents and children learned a great deal about math and science that
evening. The environment was relaxed and filled with learning and fun. |
